ABOUT US.
Catalyst Movement is a missional youth and young adults movement based in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
Our heart is to catalyse a generation in the great commission, through practical training and being an example of sharing the gospel ourselves.
We work in deep relationship with local churches to serve and empower what God is already doing in each community. We work interdenominationally and all our staff are actively involved with and serving in their own local churches.
Everything we do comes from seeking God in prayer and the Bible. We desire to truly know Him, and truly reflect His heart to the world.
The foundation of all of this is a deep passion for Jesus and His glory in our nation!

CATALYST MOVEMENT
EXISTS TO:

SAVE THE LOST.
SEND THE SAVED.
UNTIL ALL HAVE HEARD.
CULTURE OF A CATALYST
Wholehearted Love
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:34-35
Knowing your identity in God and loving others like He loves you.
Courageous Faith
"But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves." James 1:22
We don't just believe God's word but we respond with action.
Total Surrender
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship." Romans 12:1
Every area of our lives are surrendered to Jesus.
Practical Freedom
"You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness." Romans 6:17-18
The freedom that Jesus won for us overflows into a life of impact.
Catalytic Championing
"But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin." Hebrews 3:13
We encourage others to fully go after God's call for their lives.

LIFESTYLE OF A CATALYST
We intentionally live out these 4 Principals.
Prayer
"do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philipians 4:6
Prayer is the centre of everything we do.
PROCLAMATION
"How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?" Romans 10:14
Verbally sharing Jesus with the lost.
Power of God
"and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God." 1 Corinthians 2:4-5
Allowing the Holy Spirit to speak and move through us.
Practical Love
"If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead." James 2:15-17
Taking opportunities to practically show people Jesus loves them.
